12/15/2024: Trouble shooting..determined that upper control board is good..needs new overlay for display...will order part. The display is not working...it does not allow a user to start a workout and gives some error messages. It looks like someone might have damaged it as there is a hole in it. (might have been caused by pushing a finger through the left side of display area. I will see if I can get display to work properly again and put a patch over whole (hole not that big so a small patch will look of if I can get display to work again). There is also a second machine that sits next to this one with the same small hole but treadmill works properly.
